Using Outlook Express, how do I delete emails without them going to the Recycle Bin?

In almost any email client (and in fact in Windows itself), if you hold down the [shift] key when selecting delete, it will completely delete the email or file without putting it in the recycle bin. As a handy shortcut, remember that you can often use the [backspace] or [delete] keys to delete items.
